Otherwise they get lost or confused. During de last decades the function of a station building in the Netherlands has changed. Nowadays the building has a different function. Some station building has changed into a restaurant, museum or an architectural company. The intuitive approach of the traveler is to enter the station via the building, but that’s not the main entry anymore and he will get confused and expects to get its travelers information. How do we solve that? How do we lead the travelers to a new entrance point to get its travel information? In what situation does it work? What information elements does the traveler expect? And in what direction?
