How to inform customers when there is alternative transport and the have to walk to subway/bus/taxi.
We have this in test but due to a old version of Chrome the National Railway Administration is not able to show it to the customers:
Together with HaCon we are now able to show it in our travel planner:
Getting all types of alternative transport into the system has been a lot of work:
Some monitors are able to display the correct information of where to find the alternative transport:
At the plattforms the message is lost due to old versions of Chrome and messages being stacked on top of each other:
